Following my 3rd back surgery I bought an inflatable hot tub to see if it would help. After about 4 months of use we decided too invest in a much higher quality spa. So l looked up hot tub dealers in my area. I noticed the highest rated dealer was not far from where we lived. So on a Saturday we went to Tim’s pools and spas. We walked in and began looking around, A guy came up to us and asked us if we needed any help. And if we brought our swimsuits to try out the different options. He said he didn’t sell spa’s, that they sold themselves to individual needs. We told him we were looking to upgrade from an inflatable and that we had some good results following my 3rd back surgery. He said, back surgery! I’d love to sell you a spa today, but I’m not going to sell you one! I was like what? He said, call your doctor and see if they will write a prescription for a hot tub. He said it will help save you the taxes. So we finished looking around and went home. On Monday, I called my surgeon and told him what I was doing, he said no problem, he hoped it would help and that he would mail me a prescription. On Thursday I received the prescription and called Tim. I told him that I received the prescription and that I was ready to order the model we had decided on. He said, well I can’t sell it to you today, I said what? He said I heard that a sale is in the works and I didn’t want you to buy a spa and find out a week later you could have saved $500 off the price I quoted you. Call me next week. Middle of the following week I called and asked for Tim. Tim answered and said the sale is going to happen Saturday and it would save us an additional $1,200 dollars. I couldn’t believe it! I placed my order, about a month later our spa arrived. Tim had provided me a list of contractors to pre-wire it. I got 3 estimates and chose the cheapest one and had it ready to go. Once the spa arrived, it was placed right where we wanted it and I had the electrician arrive to finish the final wiring while I was filling it up. The spa didn’t come with control my spa so that it can be turned on and monitored by cell phone. I spoke to Tim and he said, he could have his lead technician install one for us. About a week later Tim’s lead technician Jerry came and installed the control my spa module. Everything worked well for about two weeks then the breaker started tripping randomly about every 3 to 4 days sometime after midnight. I called Tim and he said he’d send Jerry to investigate and correct the issue. Jerry came out and found and repaired several issues that the electrical contractor had preformed improperly. I have to say, Tim and Jerry stand behind their products and their work. We have been enjoying our spa without any issues nightly for over 6 months. I highly recommend Tim’s pools and spas. We have used Tim's Pools and spas for openings and closings for almost 10 years. Pricing with them has been relatively steady with some increases that you would expect over a decade. This year the price increased about $150. This is an insane increase. I am not trying to be overly critical and nitpicky, but they didn't fully attach the pool cover and the one worker pretty much stood around and watched the other guy work. For the extra charge, I would expect perfection. The explanation when I called was that we had been undercharged all of these years. Really?

Tim is great and extremely knowledgeable. We bought our first hot tub 26 years ago and our last one 2 years ago. Both have been excellent

Pool supplies are reasonable. Better prices than some of the chains. Everyone is helpful.

If you are looking for a hot tub this is the place to go! Best customer service in town hands down. Always willing to answer every question you may have before and after you buy. We absolutely love our hot tub. We couldn't be happier all thanks to Tim's Pool & Spas!
